Police arrest man in attempted murder case | Crime

Honolulu police arrested a man after he allegedly tried to push a woman out of a moving car.

According to officials, Dietrech Washington was driving a car in the Salt Lake area at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when he got in an argument with his passenger, a 23-year-old woman.

Police say the 30 year old tried to push her out, threatened and injured her. They say he later returned to the woman's home.

That's where he was arrested.

Washington was booked on attempted murder, assault and terroristic threatening.
