50th State Fair to feature first-ever ostrich, camel racing

The 50th State Fair is returning to Aloha Stadium on May 27. This year, the fair will feature ostrich and camel races -- an event sure to entertain people of all ages!

Ostrich and camel races have never been showcased in Hawaii, but have been a spectacular hit at county fairs across the nation for more than 30 years. Now locals can get a first-hand look at all the action.

The fair will be open from May 27 to June 26, however the ostrich and camels will depart Hawaii after the fair's fourth weekend.
